Your information is used solely for the purpose of communicating with you regarding your volunteer activities with Kupuna Paws.

Message Frequency & Rates

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your volunteer scheduling activity.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-In and Opt-Out Options

  • Opt-In: Users opt in through our secure volunteer portal by providing their mobile number and explicitly consenting to receive text messages.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by deselecting the “Text” option in your User Settings within our secure web portal.
  • Re-subscription: If you have previously opted out, you may re-subscribe by texting START to our number, and by ensuring the “Text” option is selected within your User Settings in our web portal. Once both conditions are met, you will receive a confirmation message.
